The Dimartech factory is fully equipped to fabricate large-size steel equipment. The surface area of the shop itself is 17,000 sq. ft., accommodating the simultaneous fabrication of several petrochemical towers at once. Shipping is accommodated by an 18' x 18' door.
Four overhead cranes supply a total lifting capacity of 30 tons in the east bay, and 12 tons in the west bay with 25' clearance under the crane. There are also jib cranes located at each assembly station.
The latest welding equipment ensures that our staff can use their experience and expertise to maximum advantage and our shop ensures that all relevant safety procedures are maintained.
Fabrication work is enhanced by a 3/8" x 10'0" shear, a 16'0" x 400 ton hydraulic press brake, and an 8' x 20' CNC plasma cutting table.
